We collect what we need to sell and ship your cards, and nothing we’d be surprised to explain.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Your card details go straight into Stripe’s secure form; we never see or store your full card number.
- If you make an account: your email, and a sign-in cookie on your device while you’re signed in.
- If you contact us: what you write and your email.
- If you tick the newsletter box: your email and first name, for our newsletter.
- While you browse: your cart and light/dark setting are saved in your own browser. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or identify you.
How we use it
To take payment, pack and ship your order, send your receipt and shipping updates, show your orders in your account, answer your messages, and prevent fraud. We email newsletters only if you asked for them, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
Who helps us
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Stripe processes payments.
- SortSwift runs our inventory and prints shipping labels, so it receives your name, address and contact details for each order.
- The postal carrier receives your address on the label.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Supabase stores order history, accounts and help requests.
- Vercel hosts the site and counts visits.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for shipping, returns, taxes and accounting. Account and newsletter details stay until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any newsletter. To see, correct or delete what we have about you, use the help page or email support@topcardhits.com. We may need to keep some order records the law requires.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update it here, with a new date at the top.
