Delivery
Delivery times depend on the carrier and where you are. Orders to Canada may owe import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the buyer’s to pay. You can follow your order on its tracking page or, if you have an account, under your orders.
Changing your address
Need to fix the shipping address? Tell us on the help page before your order ships and we’ll update it.
Late or lost packages
If an order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of shipping (30 days to Canada), contact us and we’ll send a replacement or a refund. See returns & refunds.
