Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from topcardhits.com. By placing an order you agree to them and to our returns policy.
Orders
Our stock is live: every card on the site is in our own inventory, and we check it again the moment you pay. Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through and you receive your receipt. Very rarely a card turns out to be unavailable or not as listed after you’ve paid; if that happens we’ll tell you and refund that card in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include any sale shown on the site. Shipping is added at checkout, and so is sales tax wherever we’re required to collect it, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If a card was listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel that part of the order and refund it.
One discount code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value, can’t be added after an order is paid, and may have a minimum order, a last day or a limited number of uses, as stated with the code.
Card condition and pictures
We grade every ungraded card ourselves:
- Near Mint (NM)
- Minimal to no wear. Looks fresh from the pack.
- Lightly Played (LP)
- Minor edge or surface wear visible on close inspection.
- Moderately Played (MP)
- Noticeable wear such as whitening, scuffs, or light creases.
- Heavily Played (HP)
- Major wear, but still tournament legal in a sleeve.
- Damaged (DMG)
- Significant damage such as tears, water damage, or heavy creases.
Card pictures are standard images of the card, not photos of the copy you’ll receive. Graded slabs carry the grade given by their grading company. Sealed product ships sealed.
Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is a flat $1.49, and free on orders $4.99+. We aim to ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier. Orders to Canada may owe import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the buyer’s to pay.

Accounts
An account is optional. You sign in with a link sent to your email, so anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you; keep your email secure.
Trademarks
Card names, images and game trademarks belong to their owners, including Wizards of the Coast and The Pokémon Company. TopCardHits is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card publisher.
Liability
We sell cards as described on the site. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
